The Tapping Solution: EFT and Surrogate Tapping Audio

Several of you've commented on just how much you really like Jessica’s tap-along processes, perhaps the all time favorite that we’ve ever released is her “Surrogate Tapping” audio. If you have friends or loved ones which are having a difficult time and you need to aid, this will be the audio for you.

Surrogate tapping is where you tap on yourself to assist someone else besides your self. In case you think that we are all energy, then we are all connected and when we shift our internal energy our outer world changes.

One important factor to don't forget whenever you are tapping with this audio...you’re tapping and focusing on how YOU feel about the situation as opposed to tapping for the other individual and how they feel.
